A credit card is required to book any appointments. All appointments require a 40% non-refundable deposit at the time of booking to secure the appointment. Deposit fee will go towards your service cost. Remaining balance is due at the time of service. In the event that you do not show up for your appointment without notice, late to your appointment more than 15 minutes, or did not cancel your appointment within 48-hour window, your deposit will be forfeited. All appointment cancellations must be made 48 hours in advance or deposit will be forfeited. Reschedule: You will be allowed to reschedule once within a 24-hour notice and must reschedule within a 30-day timeframe, or your deposit will be forfeited. Please note that it is your responsibility to reschedule the appointment. Once service has been completed, there will be NO REFUND. **No additional guests are allowed. REFILL POLICY Refills are recommended every 2-3 weeks and must have 50% of Lash Extensions remaining. Payments accepted at the time of service: Cash, Paypal, Venmo, Facebook Pay, CashApp, and Card Payment (2.6% service fee will apply) Please arrive without any eye makeup and do not curl your lashes on the day of your appointment.
